We offer a specialist stone cleaning service where we are able to sympathetically clean your building or stonework without altering the existing stonework and its historic detailing.
Chemical-free cleaning. Our top-of-the-range stone cleaning system provides the option of chemical-free cleaning and optimal results. The system produces a controllable stream of high-pressure superheated water and steam that quickly removes grime, moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter. The superheated water and steam also kills spores, thereby eliminating the source of biological growth.
Paint removal and graffiti removal. Cleaning and paint removal with this system is gentle, safe and effective for use on stonework and brick masonry. We strip paint and remove graffiti, bitumen, chewing gum, oil and grease – from small areas to whole elevations and larger commercial jobs.
It’s fantastic for giving stone buildings a new lease of life and bringing them back to their former glory.

Frequently asked questions
Will cleaning damage my stone?
Not if the right method is used. We assess the stone first, and steam cleaning is far gentler than chemicals or blasting.
Can you clean just one area?
Yes – get in touch with photos and we can advise.
Do you use chemicals?
No. Our system cleans with superheated water and steam only, so there are no harsh chemicals and no abrasive blasting.
Can you remove paint and graffiti?
Yes. We remove old masonry paint, coatings and graffiti from natural stone, from small areas to whole elevations and large commercial jobs.
Will the green growth come back?
The high temperature of the steam kills spores as well as the visible growth, which removes the source of biological growth and keeps the stone cleaner for longer.
